The oils are always fresh, and it's pretty rare for one of your sticks to quit burning before it's done. Awesome product and service. We bought some buckwheat pillows and later got ourselves a buckwheat double mattress. There was a bit of a hold-up with the mattress delivery, but they kept us in the loop the whole time, and we’re super pleased with it all.

I've been using Buckwheat pillows for several years now, and earlier this year, I grabbed the large size (28 x 17) from Amazon. However, I realized I needed a bit more support, so I went ahead and got the extra large (30 x 20) directly from the source. There was a minor hiccup with the pillowcase size, but they sent a replacement right away—customer service gets a solid 10/10 from me.

My wife decided to try the large one and found the transition from her soft feather pillow to be quite comfy. Now she's a fan too!

I use a CPAP machine at night, and the extra large pillow works perfectly, giving my neck the support it craves. If you’ve never tried a buckwheat pillow before, it might take a few days to adjust, but trust me, you’ll end up loving it for life.

I pulled out 46 grams of black dust and dirt from just one pillow, plus some clumps of threads. It felt like they just swept up the husks from the floor! I reached out to them because I was really struggling with a red face, itchy eyes, and nonstop sneezing. I asked if they cleaned the husks beforehand, but they don’t. They should be cleaned, or else harmful bacteria can develop in them… just look it up, there’s loads of info since studies were done in Korea where these pillows are quite popular. I really wish I’d done my research before buying. If you have allergies, steer clear of these. I ended up wasting £80, and the company couldn’t care less; they ignored my last email. This was last year, and I just remembered I had left a review here… I initially gave them 5 stars because I loved them for the first few weeks. Now, it’s down to 1 star since they ended up in the trash, and their customer service is nonexistent!

The entire experience has been fantastic. I deal with awful neck, back, and upper back discomfort, and I never know how I’ll feel when I wake up after sleeping.
